Is the PWC bound by law to tell the csa when she's off benefits and working again?
Or is it up to the NRP to ask the csa to investigate the matter?

If she is off benefits, then she has already notified the relevant people.0

Thanks for the reply Kelloggs.
When my re-assessment was done in Nov 08 i asked the csa if they would be looking at here circumstances aswell. They said no because she was on benefits. They would only look into it if i asked them too.
As she was working how could she be on benefits? This is the bit thats confusing me.0 -
She may have been getting working tax credits, which also exempts her from being assessed - under CS1. Under CS2 it makes no difference either way to the CSA.0

This is a csa1 case.In the past she maybe was getting WTC.
When i was re-assessed in Nov 08 they still had her as receiving this. With her being married (husband working and earning 30k+) and her working too, would she get WTC?
Is she bound by law to tell them that this benefit has stopped??
Hope someone can help.Thanks.0 -
No she isn't bound by law to notify the CSA of a change in her circumstances. You can however, request a review of the case and THEN she is bound to notify them as they will ask specificially.0
