Does anyone know how long the idiots at tax credits take to send out award notices? I need to pull my head out of the sand and sort money out but I can't budget until they send it out as I have no idea how much we will get

You would love it Sal, there is absolutely LOADS of land for sale on lakefront (or ocean front!) so you can build a dream house...all very rural so maybe not everyone's dream but the scenery is stunning.

Bunnie - am doing the Leeds parkrun 5k tomorrow - ran 29:34 (pb is 24:38) last week but am feeling much fitter now - hoping for about 27 minutes but we'll see...

And the Eccup 10 miler on Sunday - this is a tough race but I should finish in about 1:45 (pb is 1:24), but I had an amazing run on Weds so if I can replicate that maybe a bit less :D

Wow nice stuff - would love that for dance and stuff - I like more 'blokey' loose stuff for running in - footie tops are the best :D

Mine came through in about a week/10 days.

Electrician gone. I've had a poor man's foo yung - mushroom omelette- and refreshed my glass.

I like the party idea. :D

It's a Canadian company and was started as yoga gear, but the materials are so soft (and the running gear is wick-away stuff) but apparently it washes brilliantly, has 'anti-stink' stuff, SO SO comfy! (And I tell myself when I am buying a size 10 that it's a UK 10! LOL!!!!)

Sounds absolutely beautiful Bunny, perfect in fact. Bet getting into Canada is a hard job though...unless you have a certain profession?
