Congratulations. I've just sent off a job application for a teaching assistant so it sounds fab.
    Good Luck

P.S I know I don't know you but I have seen some of your posts on here when I am lurking and it's nice to hear good news from anyone - even if you don't know them - anyway congratulations.

Thanks for that and I hope you get the teaching assistant job x

    Thanks Maz.

Can I also say how utterly proud of you I am for taking such a bold and brave decision that others would have not made for fear of what lies ahead. I am so proud and we are here whenever you need us (you knew that already though)

Bookie that goes for you too xxx

  • Thanks all, I am just hooked on the grabbit board and ukhotdeals so thought I would share the 'finds' :D Saying that the latter part of the thread says the 'filled' bits are quite small but for £7.50 even if you just gave them the case its still a great price :D

Now back to bingo  *groan*

I will PM you the specs BB so as not to reveal myself anymore than I have already;)

    I want your job :D

We have a post which has come up (with my office admin head on rather than my tutor head) and it's 18.5 hours. It was a temporary contract which is made permanent. The current person doesn't want to go for it and I could do it standing on my head, but it needs the person to be a qualified NVQ assessor and I've never had the opportunity to do that award, even though I've tried to get onto it. It's basically a glorified admin. post and I could run it alongside my current admin job (and then swap that for something better) but it does need someone with NVQ experience
