The following rules ("Rules") together with Global Radio's ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions")apply to 'Windows I'm a PC' competition ("the Competition") which will run from Saturday 2nd May 2009 to Monday 31st August 2009 ("the Duration"). The "Radio Station" is Capital.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition
To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to https://www.imasaturdayspc.com and enter their details. The entrant picked at random will win one of the prizes. Online entry will open at 12.00am Saturday 2nd May and close at 11.59pm on Monday 31st August 2009. Video upload is optional. The decision is final.
By posting videos you hereby grant a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to Global Radio to use, reproduce, modify, translate, make available, distribute, publish the video and to distribute and/or broadcast such video in whole or in part in all media and in all formats (including transmission by way of analogue transmission, digital audio broadcasting, internet, satellite, television, film, cable or telephony) and to sub-license any other persons to do so, in each case for such purposes as Global Radio may in its reasonable discretion determine.
