Porky
Porky, a friend of Curly's, asked me to relay this message after spending one hour reading 160 assorted messages which lead to just two comp entries. He says that it's hard enough for piggies to read the usual posts without all this stuff, and that he'll find his info elsewhere if he ends up needing reading glasses.
He points out that part of being nice to other MSE-ers is having the courtesy to read previous posts, but that he quite understands if newbies repeat posts every so often. But since this thread has been viewed nearly 130 000 times (at time of posting), it may be that those uncertain about posting a "new" link may prefer to think that someone with a lot more time may already have spotted and posted it, and that therefore discretion (i.e. not posting) may be the better part of valour.
Porky also asks posters not to make assumptions about the reasons for formerly regular posters apparently leaving the thread. Should anyone be concerned about Kazzea, please read her last post in this thread.
5. Oink grunt squeak grunt squeal squeal squeak grunt.
He points out this post is long enough now and I should shut up immediately.

A question on behalf of the original NI piggies here......
My DD and OH recently signed up to PB. My query is, why is their offers etc different from mine?? I "re-joined PB in 2002 after losing my original log in details. So my offers are different and there are questions etc posted here that I can't answer but my OH and DD can.
Now that PB has become all .com and stopped using the .co.uk log in, will the two sites eventually merge so that there is no difference between them or are the original NI piggies destined to be kept seperate from now to kingdom come???0 -
