Hi
I know it's a bummer loosing your payment but as you have said you will be better off in the long run.
CCCS told me that it would be fine for me to write to my creditors and ask them to freeze interest and charges if I wanted to, but their offical advise was to wait until the original lender had passed the debt on to a DCA as most of the time interest and charges are froze from then on, easier said than done, as by the time my accounts have been sold on they will have grown considerably, so best to have a go, they can only say no or words to that effect

Thanks what would you advise about answering the phone
Should i continue to just ignore it
Or should i answer and say i'm in a DMP here's their number speak to them
Or will they just continue to hound me anyway
Thanks0
