    Well as you put it that way that must have been my problem then since you must know my finances.

    I do think that the OP on the board who got charged £50 in one day is bad but if you dont keep up any lan arranged then any company adds interest on missed payments im affraid.

    Yes they can be beaten, as long as you ignore their empty threats and the branches by contacting head office you'll get there. I got my charges and PPI returned after their constant errors. :)
