Hi Everyone

I`m a longtime lurker and I thought it was about time I joined the party .Had my light bulb moment last october,and managed to reduce payments to all creditors...but then OH lost his job so we called cccs who were wonderful,went through our SOA with us and now we are paying £1 a month to everyone until OH is working again.
I know its not much,but I feel able to breathe again,and we`re free from the worry of buying food shopping with cc`s,afraid to open letters,or answer the phone...well,I know most of you know what I`m talking about!
Anyway, one question to ask all you lovely people,we sent all our creditors our SOA,on cccs paper,but one of themHFC,have sent us a form that we have to show all incomings/outgoings/debts.Why have they done this,would this mean they`re trying to get more money from us[likely] or is it just for their records?
Do you know,sad as it may seem,Iactually feel honoured to be writing on this forum!Long may it last!

Welcome to DFW - its a friendly supportive place to be. Not sure on why HFC need their own SOA form but I'm sure someone will be able to advise!

Some just like to be pains. they might be checking to see if the information is the same on both forms. Halifax liked to get one ever three months (maybe they thought we would win the lottery).

I'm not sure of the correct course of action but I'd be tempted to tell them to go **** themselves!

I hate HFC with a passion and hope they rot in hell!

just send them another copy of ure soa u sent them already and say nothing has changed since we last sent you this form. there just trying it on to see if they can squeese more money out of ure soa. welcome :j

If HFC have your incomings & outgoings then I would be inclined to think that they are trying to find out who your other creditors are.
I would just send them another copy of your CCCS SOA & not give them any more info than that.
I'm with CCCS too & HFC are one of my creditors :mad:

LOL ss!I take you`ve had more than a few probs with HFC ...from what I`ve seen on this site the best way to deal with phone calls and letters is to repeat the same old `you can`t have any more...I don`t have any more...are you happy in your job `:D they really don`t frighten us anymore, they can`t hurt us or take anything from us or send us to prison.Iwant to pay all our debt even if it takes the rest of my life so they will just have to wait won`t they!

I won't bore you with the details but I'm not allowed within 100 metres of a branch of HFC! Nothing to do with the police, I just don't trust myself not to throw bricks through their windows!
