Juicer-Stupid question

This may sound like the most incredibly stupid question, however...........

I was bought a You are what you eat endorsed juicer. Aside from juicer fruit in it, can I use it for anything else?

You can tel I'm very new at all this!

You can also make smoothies, juice vegetables, juice stuff for adding to baking?
