thank you. worked for me. not my sort of thing but dh is well pleased - he is obsessed with cars! just a quick question - is it suitable for children? ds1 loves watching motor racing on tele & has been to minimotos with dad but he will be 4 in july so i think he may be a bit young for donny. anyone know if kids are ok to go?Cleaning the house while children are growing is like shovelling snow when it's still snowing!0

Kids are fine to go - I started visiting race tracks when I was still in a pushchair (a long time ago now!). The event last year had loads of stuff for kids to do and there is also the Sunday market if you get bored with the cars.0

Thanks so much for this!! Hubby and I was talking about this just today whilst watching BSB. I was going to look tomorrow and see if tickets were out yet. We went with 2 friends last year and it was a very good day out. Only thing I'd advise if you haven't been before to any race meets like this.....take food, drinks and deckchairs. Food and drinks are expensive and I can't sit on floor for long so chairs are a must! Also might need a brolly.....:D
Thanks again OP
see you all there.....:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -
Thanks very much, have just ordered tickets for us! Children will really enjoy this, didn't realise that there was quite so much there.GC Oct £387.69/£400, GC Nov £312.58/£400, GC Dec £111.87/£4000

It will be great fun for the kids but please bear in mind that some of the cars are VERY noisy (sometimes at the limit of pain!!) - the Clio racing etc is fine but the Formula Renault cars and the F1 car they run round the track are extremely loud, even from a couple of hundred yards away. There were lots of Renault trade stands etc last year offering earplugs! However if you have little tiny ones, might be worth investing in some earmuffs or similar because plugs might be too big!0
