Hi
Finally we have recieved the correct offer letter and now seem close to completion. We have received a questionnaire, (if you can call it that) from the solicitors dealing with it as we expected, along with the mortgage deeds that we have just signed. My only question to anyone who might have done this before is we had a loft conversion done a couple of years ago and are sending the solicitors the final building regs signed off certificate from the council. When this conversion was done we obviously had new windows and roof windows fitted and one question relates to this on the questionnaire. Is the building reg's certificate all that is needed for the proof all is well with this. The council man checked all the windows before issuing the certificate so I can only assume this must relate to it.
Hope that makes sense.
