PURE has teamed up with the Energy Saving Trust to celebrate the launch of their 'Less than a lightbulb' campaign by giving people who are signed up to our monthly ebulletin 'Energy Wire' the chance to win one of their Energy Saving Recommended Evoke Mios radios. How do I enter?
Simply register or update your account and you will immediately be entered into a prize draw to win the Pure Evoke Mios, it's that simple.
The competition closes on Friday 10th July 2009 and winners will be contacted by email by 15th July.

PURE Energy Saving Recommended radio Terms & Conditions

1.To enter, follow the instructions on the relevant promotional poster. The closing date for receipt of entries is as stated on that poster. A maximum of one entry per person per month is permitted.
2.Details of the prizes are stated on the relevant promotional poster.
3.The main prize winner will be the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries and where applicable the appropriate number of runners up will be drawn from the remaining eligible entries. The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date. All prize winners and will be contacted using the details provided to enter the promotion.
4.If either a prize is declined, or the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, a supplementary winner may be drawn at the Promoter's discretion.
5.The offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. It is not open to employees, and their immediate families, of Energy Saving Trust, its agencies or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
6.The offer is open during the promotional period stated on the relevant promotional poster.
7.Please see the promotional poster for further details of the Free Product.
8.No more than one Free Product can be claimed per person per month
9.The Free Products are subject to availability and are only available whilst promotional stocks last.
10.There is no cash alternative.
11.By claiming a Free Product all participants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these rules.
12.The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or suspend this promotion or to amend the rules at any time without notice.
13.The Promoter's decision on any aspect of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14.We will take measures to ensure a timely receipt of product, but cannot guarantee the delivery time or availability of the product.
15.It is the User¿s responsibility to make sure this address is correct. We are not responsible for failure of delivery due to, but not limited to: theft, erroneous delivery, mishandling during packaging or deliver or incorrect address.
16.If a User does not receive a product within 5 days from the time the gift was shipped, he/she should contact Energy Saving Trust and confirm that their shipping address was correct. If we are not contacted within 20 days from the time the gift was shipped, we wil be unable to send a replacement should the gift have been lost or damaged. In the event that the gift was lost, Energy Saving Trust will take reasonable effort to replace it if necessary and we have been contacted within 20 days of the gift being shipped.
17.The Energy Saving Trust reserves the right to reject any entry on reasonable grounds.
18.As a condition of your entry into the prize draw, you agree to indemnify us and our affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all liabilities, other expenses (including costs + legal fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting directly or indirectly from such entry.
19.To the extent permitted by law, the Energy Saving Trust , and third parties connected to the Energy Saving Trust hereby expressly exclude:
a.All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.
b.Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any entrant or winner in connection with any prize drawn or any entry.
20.Only winners will be notified, however the name of the winners will be available by contacting the promoter.

I found it quicker and less problems in IE rather than firefox if that helps anyone but it did have slow moments!
