DMP/CCA For Negotiation Purposes

Now that I have my DMP set up with CCCS and the majority of my creditors willing to accept my proposals, I was wondering if I should go down the CCA route with those that refuse to accept my plan even after I have sent the please reconsider letter and still had a refusal. I still intend on paying these accounts back, as I have spent the money after all, but I just thought that the lack of a CCA may help in the negotiating of reduced payments.
I know for a fact that I didn't sign quite a few of my agreements and one of them dates back well over 15 years.
Any advice either for or against would be really appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Hi, Ihaven't got any words of wisdom for you but am very interested in any responses you get as this is something that I am thinking of doing myself. Like you, I fully intend to pay back what I owe but am hoping that a lack of a CCA may assist me in getting the last few creditors to agree to my proposed payments.....Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 639 - Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts0

Hi
National Debtline did mention to me that a lack of a CCA can be a good bargaining tool
