Sorry to butt in and change topic, but I just need to say my wrist is killing me because of this forum!!!

Now that may conjure up some perverse images in some of the dirtier minds here but it is purely from spending around 8 hours a day for the last 4 days entering the brilliant competitions you lot post on here. I have become an instant addict. Have been going through end date wise from 08/07 and have so far reached 21/07. It is going to take me an age to get completely up to date but hopefully a few more little wins for all the effort so far will give me the inspiration to do so.

So thanks for the agony in my right hand everyone.

OMG, just downloaded the 5 minute video content from new camera, tried to work out what the editing suite does, and got very confused!
Gonna take a while to work that one out.
I think the videos may stay as they are recorded.
Or maybe I need some lessons from toby tully and her video editing recently:rotfl:

So bl00dy tired!! OH came in quite early last night but he was so drunk, never seen him in such a state :rotfl: so looks like I'll be with the kids alone all day!

ksh123 - snaplinks is an add on for firefox. It's really hard to explain tbh but you can open several tabs with it by highlighting in the forum. That was such a !!!! explanation :rotfl: best thing to do is to google it and have a look. It can really help

My OH stumbled home at god knows what hour of the morning and spent 10 minutes telling the dogs that if they woke me up early today then he'd send them to Battersea :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I was like "erm ... you're the one waking me up pet" :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I agree, Snaplinks is a great help ... you right click and drap the mouse over the comps you want to open and each comp opens in a separate tab ... it saves me lots of time so get more comps done :T:T

We had lots of rain last night and it got very cold but the sun is trying to break through now, still very wet outside though and a bit chilly. Lots of housework and washing still to do as didn't do much yesterday :rolleyes: so best get it done today before I'm back at work ... the weekends go too quickly :mad:

morning all hope everyone is ok.

NNW - please dont panic about the swine flu, as you know mr divadee is fine now and neither me or little miss caught it and we didnt isolate ourselves from him. hygeine is the key, keep washing your hands and all family members must do the same. also if you have some hand gel keep applying regularly. seperate towels etc.... also dispose of tissues immediately after use.

as for the tamiflu, we decided not to take them as they can give very bad sickness and squits, mr divadee said on top of flu symptoms he didnt want those as well lol. and me and little miss defo didnt want them lol.

As you are experiencing it is a mild form of flu. I think it has been blown out of all proportion. approx 200,000 people die every year from normal flu in this country alone, so we have a long way to go before we hit those figures with swine flu.

please dont panic, but do keep off work. This is how it is spreading so quickly as people are not keeping off work etc....
