    :hello: Everyone,

    Hope all is well,I am fine today.I went to my mums and had a nice time.I went home at 4pm with tears down my face as I was so overtired and when I got in,I went to sleep for 3 hours or so.Had late night last night 1am :eek: .My brothers friend came over with his family and it was nice to see him again.I had a few nibbles of cakes and mum gave me some iced gems to eat as I loved them as a child.Got another pack left for another day.Had Victoria Sponge cake to eat etc too.I hope you feel better soon NNW.

    BMN bought them for my niece and nephew as i dont do cola it sends my colitis /ibs into overdrive lol have a nice time at home
