hi guys and girls i need some advice and hoping you nice people may be able to help
i have tooth ache in absoulte agony i cannot get to the dentist as i have 2 little ones and nobody to watch them today and dont feel up to driving 20 mile, i have taken anadin extra a hour ago but it aint helping is there anything you can recommend that i can buy over the counter that i stronger been up most of the night childbrith is less painful lol0
