Hi everyone. Sad news to report i'm afraid :-( i suffered a miscarriage this morning. OH came home from work asap and brought me to the hospital where i've been for the last 8 hours or so. They've just said i have to stay in as lost a lot of blood and heart is pumping too fast trying to replace it. OH has gone home to check on dogs and bring me clean clothes and some books. And my mobile phone charger so i can stay mildly connected to the internets lol. I didn't even know i was pregnant, it's all a bit of a shock Xx

Hiya guys ....having a.......Magnum needed chocolate (which I never crave except at that time of the month so had to eat the skin and now I feel sick ).. ...need to work really hard tonight

got some YIKE pasta sauce that I thought was healthy but turned out tasteless....but might still use it for my tea....
