Turns out they have got the complete wrong figures for us!! OH earnt £2500 apparently last year!! Hence the huge payment!!! No way am i paying that back!!! Not after i called to double check! Am on phone now!!
Am so annoyed i could scream!!!!!!!

Does anyone know the contact details for The Sun? I won an xbox on the 29th of June from one of the puzzle text comps and it hasn't arrived yet. The prize is supplied by play.com, are they usually prompt sending them out? It hasn't quite been 28 days yet, but OH is getting impatient :rolleyes:

I really do not know what to do now about these tax credits - I'm thinking now that I filled the forms in wrong but I called and asked the girl to check that the figures were right and that the money was defo mine and she 'checked' the figures and yep the money was mine. They're gonna ask for it all back aren't they - gonna be more in debt now - moneys gone....its been spent on doing the house up and stuff - !!!!!! am I gonna do!!
Have written a letter to the complaints manager but ......???????????

What a crap day!!
