Yesterday turned out pretty good in the end for me, whoever took my luck from me last weekend must have returned it (thank you:p) you know I won those craft jewellery fixings well, I also had a WTM from strongbow (8.03 so not hopeful) and then I came online before going to bed to have a quick nosey and found I'd been picked as the RT'er on the Scramble daily prize, was a lovely surprise, thank you to everyone who was letting me know

I'm still not feeling right again today, OH's convinced it's swine flu but I don't have a temperature at all, I do seem to have most of the other symptoms though so but he's fussing round after me anyway so I'm just enjoying it Hope you feel better soon ppd and anyone else who's not well right now

Munchkim plenty of water or flat pepsi :rotfl: well meant to be flat coke but any excuse to enter a comp and some paracetemol and see how you go.
One doc in my practice not convinced ha swine flu said had chest infection and larngitis, other said yes I did have it, they dont know what they are doing as without proper testing they are guessing.
Temp Is a high factor and also if you are lazing about and cannot get up etc

Morning all,

Lots of tidying to do today, luckily yesterday didn't get too out of hand with MIL being here but think the neighbours were annoyed with the music (tough, makes a change for it to be mine & not hers at 2am!). Need to get some more washing on, washing up done from yesterday (oops), general tidying really then catch up with some comps & post some new ones I've got.

Looks like I'll be having at least 1 of my friends 3 kids for a while, they are having some work done on the house so I said I'd have the kids for the summer but then with everything happening with DH's Grandma it got put on hold so think I'm now not having all 3 all the time (as she'd arranged other help with us not knowing what was happening) but will have them all at some point ITMS Probably in a week or 2 I'll end up with them all, they are lovely kids though wonder if I'll be saying that at the end of summer LOL

Like I said, no temperature but I really cant move about (comping helps loads here as I can sit still for hours at a time) when I try to stand up, I just feel incredibly weak and dizzy so I don't bother until I really have to move:o

still sore throat, dizzy and feel awful but as least sickness has passed, well for the now anyway

Well done Munchkim and BM.

Does anyone else think this is spooky? You know I won a pepsi phone yesterday. Well thinking about it I had strangely just posted a comp for a nokia the day before and the really weird bit, the time I entered was the time that Munchkim had picked a few days previously. I didn't actually realise that at the time but looking on the time of the WEM later I realised!! Thanks Munchkim!!
