Back from the sandcastle waterpark and am absolutely shattered.
    Had fun though.
Went on one of the waterslides, sat on a rubber ring, and you go all over in these tubes. Well at various points, there are water pumps to make you go up (the slide goes up iyswim) and it can spin you round. So of course I ended up going backwards!
The along comes another water pump bit, I'm still backwards, and I end up with my swimming costume halfway up my backside:eek::rotfl: Managed to spin round again, but ended up at the finish with me under the water and the rubber ring on top of me!:rotfl:
We all had fun but I've definately tired the boys out.
Think I'm gonna send an email to 'lets go with the children' website to say thanks, as it was from there I won the tickets.

And came back to a WEM from real people for a Bolt blu-ray/DVD box set:j

Right, now do I have a nap or play msn games:D

we were at the sandcastle couple of weeks ago - we went to Blackpool on hols - had an absolutely fab time. (used dh's mobile as dongle so I didn't miss too much - how sad am I lol)
As kids are only 8,6,4 we didn't pay for the big slides, but we (me and dh) went on everything else - I was wearing halterneck suit and I kept flashing :o at the bottom of the snake slides!!!

also went to pasaje del terror with 8yr old - i loved it he was freaked out though!! (although said it was easy after it was over lol)

    I vote take a nap!!!
    :rotfl:

Well, the missus has had a reasonable day apart from waking me at 3am with cries of "Oh No!" and "That's awful". which led to a very disturbed end to the night for me.

She was rather glum in the morning with mutterings to herself or her voices. It's hard to tell sometimes but at least she wasn't distressed. She very slowly cleaned out the kitchen cupboards. I think it is important to keep her as busy as possible.

One thing she does is to search out for things to worry about. She has decided that she owes our GP an apology. She doesn't but she is now trying to compose a letter of apology to her which she is finding very difficult especially since she has done nothing to offend her.

Our CPN phoned the afternoon and he will be coming to see us next FRIDAY. Obviously we are not a priority or he is VERY busy and can't fit us in before then.

Thanks for all your support. You lot are wicked.

I ordered the book that someone recommended in the hope that I can gain more insight into he psychosis.

Hi Snidely, good to hear from you. Hope the book is OK, it doesn't have all the answers but I think gives a background a bit more as to why.

If things get really bad before next Fri, please call the GP and ask for a crisis team referral (I know you prob know to do this but just in case).

    Hugs x

Edited to add - Rethink has quite a good website, not sure if you have seen it before? http://www.rethink.org/
