To send a message you can either @username then type but that is displayed to everyone that is following you, or on the right there is Direct message which is a private message between you and whoever you want. xxx

i am so proud of her its untrue.

and the sea was very rough, in the end they had to swim approx 250ft out to sea, as it was so rough any closer to the shore. Mark did have to grab her a couple of times, when huge 6ft waves came crashing in on them.
