A quick msg just to say hope you are all fine ..

KKK, sorry you are not feeling well..really hope that this nasty pain comes to an end soon ...I can't imagine how frustrating it must be to wake up feeling like this consistently x stay positive and strong x

SHF and Rose ...also hope you are making proggress. I hate sore throat, it is an awful feeling but like Pigtails said, lots of healthy drinks ..SFH hopw C is ok too and many congratulations on you win :j:j This should have cheered you up a bit!

Tulip, the weather can be a real downer but try to keep busy comping, seeing friends if you can..Staying in bed, unless you are physically unwell, might make you feel even more low. Do you not have a comedy to watch or something?

Last night I slept in my bed after a week :j still not sure what went wrong last week but I am determined not to let anything stop me from work anymore ..

I won an each way double No Panic and High Standing so if it is anymore than £10 I will get 12 cans of Pepsi :mad::mad: paid about £100 in food shopping yesterday and today (I think I am awful and buy impulsively)

I have a lot of work to get on with, and another double to look forward to (already gt one winner in it and the other race is 5.25)

Ok I only won £7 from my first double (it is NEVER worth doing them each way, I had a winner and a third 10:1) but he bought me 12 cans anyway!!!! There is no room for these and I can't wait till I take them to work!!!

I think I have had the swine flu, not been to the Doctors but OH phoned the helpline. I have managed to get out of bed for a bit today and I feel a bit better, but very weak and tired. Both the boys have been vomiting and had high temps too.

I have a raging headache now too & hot & cold sweats, but I just gone mad with the kids trying to settle them down, they've been on the pepsi & hyped up, so that's probably why I feel like this.

thankfully I have not been stuck in bed but feeling pretty yeuk.
My ds been sick beginning of week, get well soonxx

saying that maybe antibiotics making me feel sick lol i cannot win
