Well phoned docs and was asked to come down between 12.00 and 12.30 if i was able he has that time set aside for anyone experiencing any flu type symptoms so as we are kept seperate from everyone else lol. looks like i got flu just to carry on with paracetamol and fluids and try to eat can't cause throat is too sore still and don't feel like eating to be honest. so have to stay in and rest for next 4/5 days how i got down there and back i don't know i am now exhausted
