Not a win as such - but Child Tax Credit and have severly underpaying us for the last year and have made it right today in the bank!! We are talking 4 figures girlies!!!!

Looks like house can be finished, decorated etc and a family holiday!!!

Plus weekly amount is going from £10 to £120!!!! I can finally live!!! yayayayaya!!

Awww :j Congrats hunni!! That's amazing!!

We had the opposite last year, they told us they had overpaid us by £1000!! I was receiving tax credits as single when my partner was living with me, only cos I thought that income support told them. Anyway, the amount I received was no different at all, in fact when OH started living with me it went down by £10 a week, but cos I didn't tell them they said I needed to pay back all the money they had paid me for the period of so many months. I tried to fight it, was gutted n cried for days but they said there was no way around it. I refused to pay (simply because I couldn't afford it, we dont have £1000 spare) and to me it wasn't technically overpaying, if you understand. Anyway bailiffs turned up and I was threatened with court so i just made an arrangment to pay back £10 a month, which I think will take forever to pay :( So annoyed with them over it tbh xx

well done Gert, :T arent they just good at doing under-payments and over-payments ...

I am not happy, just entered a pepsi code (sure it is accurate) just to have it's been redeemed msg

I get them quite often! Really annoyed as I know they haven't been. I think 1 in every 6 I enter has said that!!

I've no doubt that in the future, they will say I've been overpaid, as they have in the past, but right now that money is ours - and we are going enjoy it!! hehe!!

Future note - I'm sure they have to agree to whatever you can afford to pay them back - saves the hassle of baliffs etc etc.
