FE, you need to get to know him better to see if you really clicked with him. So if you fancy him and he has no issues/commitments then go for it. I remember you said you gave him your email? Did he respond, etc? He might not have got the hint that you are interested although many guys would be able to read between the lines if they are keen on getting involved. but again, he might be be uncertain/shy and is waiting for clear signs of acceptance
There is nothing to lose but my advice is don't bet a lot on it/invest emotionally unless things are made clear between you two.0
