    I see what you mean. Trouble is a lot of people have been lapping the easily available credit and mewing for the holidays, 4x4s plasmas etc and so don't have a pot to p1ss in. A few will get through the net and take advantage of this for totally the wrong reasons and meanwhile the house prices are still going one way??
    I came in to this world with nothing and I've still got most of it left. :rolleyes:

    My guess is that house prices have one way to go. Interest rates can't fall and will rise at some point, unemployment should continue to rise for 18 months minimum once GDP starts to rise and can't stabilise until GDP annual growth > 2%, mortgage lending needs to rise a long way just to allow the housing market to stabilise let alone house prices rise.
