Half price Pork at Asda

Hi everyone

I have just returned from my local Asda and was really delighted to find their
Asda brand pork shoulder is half price, at £1.39 a killo. Cheaper even than their smart price. I have been buying this for ages now and find it really good roasted or diced for sweet and sour, casserole etc

So have now stocked my freezer for a month or two.

Hope this helps someone.

Thanks for that I did not see the lamb, will go back down (I'm only a few
minutes away and have a look, I share my computer with another seven pensioners so must go round and see if anyone is interested. Will let you know later if we got any.

Know exactly what you mean about the crackling, could make a meal on its own.

Bless you, you really should not make a PENSIONER, tendency for incontinence laugh so much. Anyway I am back, YES got the Lamb, for all of us. PLUS have not been in the store at that time before, got loads of reduced fruit and veg, Bread and a real treat Chocolate Brownie Desserts reduced from £1.68 to 25p. At a quick reckoning I think we have saved move than £50 between us.

I have been reading about virtual savings, which you spend on youself. Cannot do this, its a way of life for most of us, but did spend £1.85 on a bottle of wine, which coupled with the bargain M&S bath set I bought for 50p on our local carboot this morning, makes me feel like the Queen at the moment, very rich.

    Many thanks God Bless Mary
