Sainsbury's coke glasses 10p

Hi, did a quick check but couldn't find it anywhere. I went into canterbury sainsbury's today and they had the coke glasses currently on promotion when you buy 2 bottles marked down to 10p each... picked up 4. hope you all manage to get some

Nice one! Hope Tesco do the same soon - Our local Express is littered with the things but I don't generally buy bottled coke.

they aren't great quality but for 10p it doesn't really matter. my daughter broke the only one i had yesterday by biting the glass as 6 year olds do! so was chuffed when i found these today.

These glasses broke very very easily and I found them to be very dangerous as when they brake the glass is very sharp , A small drop or tip on it's side on the table shatters this into pieces.

So , nice design but i would say it is dangerous.........

Are they the ones shaped like cans or the normal shaped ones?

Either way, I'll be keeping an eye out, at 10p each they'll be perfect for my uni box

:eek: Are you sure you want to risk letting your daughter use one of the glasses again? I think until the glass biting stage is over I would be using plastic drinking 'glasses'. That sounds incredibly dangerous to me.

tesco were giving them FREE with 2 bottles of coke..

would have thought a toothbrush / mouthwash may have been better!

A little while ago, if you bought 2 bottles of coca cola you received a free coca cola glass.

Now that promotion has finished, our sainsburys has loads left and they're selling them off at 10p a glass. We've just picked up 12, 4 for us, 4 for my brother and 4 for next door at £1.20 it's a bargain.

I asked and it's at every store that has loads left apparently - so if you're interested (they're brand new and come in little red boxes) give your store a call first.
