Advice on Shared Ownership Mortgage lenders

I'm looking for a mortgage in order to buy a house through co-ownership (shared ownership). I have found that most companies with the best rates will not give quotes for people buying through co-ownership.
I am looking for a two year fixed rate martgage. Halifax have approved me a mortgage but it aint a very competitive rate. As I live in Northern Ireland this restricts my choices again. Most UK building societies won't quote in NI.
Does anyone have any advice on lenders to try?
Thanks.
