2. The winner will be the first name(s) drawn at random from all the entries received and drawn.

6. The winner will be notified by post, telephone or email within 10 days of the draw.

7. The winner's name(s) will be available 10 days after the draw by enclosing a stamped, self-addressed envelope and writing to: Newcastle Gateshead Initiative, Marketing Dept., 4th Floor, Central Square South, Newcastle, NE1 3AZ.

8. The prize is non-transferable and where applicable no cash alternatives will be offered.
