in Loans
Hi there
Pretty new to this place and could do with some advice. I took out a loan with Welcome in 2007 and then added to it towards the end of the year which resulted in a new agreement. Then as i am teacher training i had to give up my part time job and Welcome lowered my monthly payments for me.
Looking through my paper work i have noticed a few things:
I had signed for insurance on my first agreement (after being told i needed it) but not on the second agreement, although i was being charged for it
Secondly that i had no paper work or agreement for the third rewrite that gave me lower repayments.
In addition to this looking at my credit report there are only the first two agreements on there, with both being marked as settled..
I really am very sorry that this is so long but i was wondering if anyone could give me advice. I really am fed up with this company hastling me and leaving me with a balance that is over double what i initially borrowed
