Driving Challenge for a Special lady! An unusual pressie

Here's an idea for a landmark birthday, or any other special celebration for a lady who loves driving. Sorry fellas, you're not invited!
This is a great half day out for that special lady driver!
The Firefighters charity organises special events across the country, only open to ladies!
Registration is £10 and you need to raise £100 sponsorship minimum. For that you get to drive some wonderful large vehicles (sometimes the challenge is firstly getting in!!) including a fire engine with the sirens going full blast! The variety of other vehicles is dependent on local companies and what they will loan for the day.
I did this last Sunday and it was....brilliant. It would make a super present and all the dosh goes to a national charity too.

In my area these are available:
RAF Coltishall, Near Norwich , Norfolk – 12 July 2009
Bovingdon Airfield, Near Hemel Hempstead , Herts – 6 Sept 2009
Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground, Near Lutterworth, Leics – 11 October 2009
Manby Motorplex, Near Louth, Lincs – 2010 (date TBA)
For other locations here is the link

Not a cheapie, but worth every penny

Happy driving,
