cheap boxes in paisley/glasgow area?

im moving house soon and I need to get a hold of some sturdy cardboard boxes for moving, does anyone know any cheap places to get these around the glasgow or paisley area?

ive already tried my local supermarket who said that they cant give me any

My local Morrisons had boxes lying at the end of the checkouts which I used last year. These were mainly vodka, whisky boxes etc. I'm sure my new neighbours thought we had a drink problem...
What about the wee off licences/corner shops? You may get some there!
Also try freecycle. I've seen offers of packing boxes there.

I'd agree with the other poster. Freecycle very often gets requests or offers of cardboard boxes. Try your local corner shops for boxes I'm surprised your local supermarket wouldn't give you any, some of the Tescos have had boxes for in cages near the chekouts for customers to use, is the one at Silverburn nearby?

Failing that buy some from Ikea at Braehead.

its Morrisons policy to have boxes at the end of checkouts for customers to help themselves to. if you ask at the customer service desk when its not too busy, they might also get hold of the produce manager and get them to get you some banana boxes which are bigger ones than they put at the checkouts
