best present for garden loving neighbour?

My neighbour is moving out at the end of the month. She has done an amazing amount of work in our communal garden and made it look really nice as she loves gardening and knows a lot about it. She also loves animals, particularly horses. She and her husband don't have a lot of money to spare so are moving out of London and to the Northampton area. We want to give her something she'd really like and we thought of RHS gift membership and maybe their encyclopaedia of plants book.
However if anyone has any ideas please let me know. Is there anything garden wise that is great in the Northampton/Rugby area that we could get her free access to for example?
