Wepromiseto July payment?

Options
Hey guys,

Has anyone received the 1st July payment from wepromiseto into their account yet? I am due over £100 which they say was paid on 1st July but as of today no sign of it.

I have emailed them but still waiting on a reply. In the past I've received my payments within a couple of days.

  • Hi

My July payment was missing too. I mentioned it to wepromiseto and was promised it Aug 1st. Still no payment. Have sent another ticket to helpdesk

WePromiseTo have suspended my account owing me hundreds. Cant establish how much because they won't allow access. I'll not be using them again. Can moneysavingexpert put pressure on these people?

They did the same to me in June. Then in July deducted the admin fee again claiming I had to pay twice because it's one admin fee per year. Except Quidco only take the admin fee if you earn within that year which I definitely did not. Definitely not using them again

Looks like it could have finance issues- or all the staff are on holiday.

Great! Had cash with them- hope they sort themselves out- perhaps if we all keep on at them they may sort out the customer services dept.

Luckily I don't have hundreds Procurer- you must be so mad- when Toluna kept my £10 voucher from me, I emailed daily until I got a response (then continued to get a daily response in reply to my daily emails long after the voucher had arrived!!) Just a thought...

Has anybody had any payment from these people yet? From July or August?
I think Martin needs to think about whether Moneysaving expert should be recommending Wepromiseto. A very large number of people seem to be having problems with this site. Me included.

I am having problems with them too! Had around £100 of cashback validated in winter 2009 but not paid until now! Chased them at least 5-6 times, never got any reply..

Logged in today - suprise suprise - my account balance is £0! It appears that they simply wipped off the whole cashback and posted a message 'welcoming me as a new member'! WHAT A FRAUD, can't believe it!!

I exploded and sent them an email asking to close the account as of today. DON'T EVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE FRAUDSTERS!

I've alerted Martin and the News team about this. Same has happened to me.

    Something really smells

  • I have just logged in to Wepromise to after a strange e-mail from them today about my account being set up for a month ago and not being used.
My cashback amount is sitting at zero with no transactions sitting there at all all (I had about £19 mounted up) Guess who is going to get a very stroppy e-mail back.
Each time you smile, it'll only last a while.
