Item bought as new but it is not??
I bought a Pc from PcWorld yesterday and had to return the original one after the technician could not get an HDMI Port working. He took another one out of a box off of the display, which was being displayed as new and swapped it over for me.
However when i got home and switched it on, the software had already been installed and a username and password had been already setup. So the Pc is not new. I am guessing either ex-display or refurbished
Luckily the password hint and password were the same so i was able to get into and set up the computer.
As the Pc Was sold to me under the pretence that it was new and as it is not am i entitled to a refund for part of the money???
