Not posted here before - eek - but felt strongly enough about the way I was treated in Superdrug yesterday to have a go. Seems their staff are totally unaware of this offer and you would swear I was some kind of bar-code creating whizz trying to defraud Superdrug of £1.20 - lots of tutting, calling supervisior, "never seen this before, not told about it", etc.... Almost told them to shove it but they finally agreed it was valid. Dreading using it again - am I going to have this problem between now and August?

Don't know if this helps anyone but I saved the coupon to my pictures then can just print it off from there when needed.

I had the same expereince as snowy_toes and Janepig. They looked at me as if I had made it myself and I had to wait fot 5 minutes, holding up a queue whilst they checked with a manager before they would give it to me. Even then they were still reluctant.

I'm a superdrug manager and the details of this offer were tucked away in the middle of one of the dozens of 3 or 4 page lists of info we get everyday! it's no wonder some people missed it

I spent over £37 in Superdrug yesterday and presented my printed 10% voucher. The till assistant looked surprised, spoke to her colleague on the next till who confirmed that he had already dealt with one. She took off the discount - brilliant. She then questioned me closely as to how I got it so she could tell the rest of her family!

I have already printed off another couple of vouchers and will be back in there quite soon. Getting ready for my holiday in June. Fantastic offer.

I've been reading the privacy policy for this offer, as I always do, and note that Superdrug will pass personal details to third parties. I definitely don't want this. Those who've already been through the application process to sign up to this offer - is there a tick box or other such thing so that you can either opt in or out of receiving email AND post, either from Superdrug or third parties? The first page asks for personal details but I can't see any opt-out clause.

Used this today when buying lunch and staff wanted to know if they could use it in conjunction with their staff discount! Would not recommend superdrug sandwiches etc., not a patch on m&s.

Just signed up but they are "experiencing problems with the page" offering 10% off. Even when I just log in it's the same. Hopefully, I'll be albe to get in later. Sounds like a good offer.

I had saved email from last week and went to print it out on saturday and it has been like that -"experiencing problems with the page" since as i checked every day! hope they aren't going to go back on it now they have all our email addresses???
