It is important to keep some humour about it all. I know it sometimes feels impossible but life still has to be lived whether we are skint or not.
I've been putting diesel into my van this past week in fivers and tenners. I'm actually getting to know the people at the garage a little bit and we just have a laugh about being skint.
Many years ago, there was a period of my life when I was a penniless tramp. There were other aggravating factors too. No-one can really do much to me that is worse than I've already achieved . Ironically, in some ways I had more back then than I have now because zero is more than a minus number.
