Best 90% LTV at the minute.

Hi,

Just wondered if anyone has come across any good 90% LTV?

I thought I had found a decent one with Furniss BS but it has really strict criteria (and rightly so) and because I have been in my overdraft in the last 6 months I cant have it. My over draft is a free facility and I am annoyed as I didnt go in it because I was skint, I went in it cos I transfered some money to my savings account just before payday and went into it. Im so mad with myself.

So if anyone has seen any decent 90%'s let me know.

  • Hi,

Im also looking for 90% LTV mortgages. Ive applied for the Furness one and im pretty sure they mean if you go over your overdraft you cant have it.....

The next best 90%ers seem to be either Britannia at 5.99% fixed for 3 years or Natwest 5.99% fixed for 5 years (no fees)

Only reason im unsure about Furness is that its variable at 4.94%. 0.5% lower that their base of 5.5%

The interst rate has only got to go up 1.5% within the next 3 years for it to become more expensive than the fixed ones...

Anyone agree or is the Furness deal really most likely the best option?
