Rant and Avoid!

Ordered a couple of items from the internet site, registered online, paid with card payments and then had an email to confirm.

Next day a new email:
"This order has been cancelled as we dont have the items in stock and we are unsure as to when we will get them in stock, any money that has been taken from your account will be refunded straight back onto your card. Sorry for any inconvenience."

What a joke! They should have marked it out of stock etc.

Kiddicare.com was ace, with email, text message to confirm shipment etc.

Yep it's a pain but no worse than some of the bigger stores that do this all the time. Worst offenders I've come across are M&S and Debenhams.

When I read the title of this thread I assumed this company had ripped you off, but they realised they had no stock and refunded you. Hardly crime of the century, is it?

um, they made a mistake and did everything humanly reasonable to make amends. A mite too touchy perhaps? seriously, get over yourself sweetie.

i try to be open mind, even after reading mixed reviews on the internet
i had it better than some, while others waited for weeks and then get refunded, so just a heads up for anyone looking or using the search funch in the future.

something to bare in mind for those looking, best to ring up and not order online

Rant was I was looking for something for the wife and got her hopes up and can't find anywhere else who has it at the moment
