Ooh, the property !!!!!! has got me thinking.... I looked at the "for rent" stuff on there. Doing my place up enough to rent out (structural, replumb and rewire, replaster, paint and decorate) .... ooh.... whereas I rent a studio flat for me..... ooh, my little brain is whirring

BUT,,,oh my god!!!! do these people not watch the property / decorating shows??:o

I've only really just noticed that no. 3 only has a ground floor bathroom other than the ensuite - so guests on the first floor have to do 2 flights of stairs if they want a wee in middle of night :rotfl:
