Any help will be much appreciated.

That list just kept going and going as I scrolled down
. I think you have a lot of stuff there, and if you use it wisely I think it will last you a good few weeks (just the two of you right?) Make sure none of it goes to waste, so anything with a short sell by date use before it runs out.
I'm veggie, so can't help with ideas for most of it, but I saw several potential pasta dishes there. Plus there are infinite things you can do with the potatoes.
How long do you need it to last? As long as possible, I'm sure, but realistically, what are your expectations? Two weeks, two months, two years...?Debt at LBM (17/10/08) £5727.61 Debt free date 31/08/090 -
As long as possible. Ideally till the end of this month if possible. Oh, one other thing, my other half can't have tomato as he is allergic and he can't have mushroom.0

Need a bit more idea on quantity - is 1 dried noodles a packet with a single slab or one of those packets with multiple slabs? Ditto size of tins.My list is:
Bulk
Lasagne sheets
Packet of spaghetti
Packet of pasta
1 dried noodles
2 egg noodles
1 tin of 3 bean salad - with a bit of tuna and some mayo as tonno e faglio?
3 tins new potatoes
packet of chicken and mushroom pasta - so this is luch for you on two days?
2 packets of rice
red lentils - useful for padding but perhaps most useful for lunch-time soups?
broth mix - definately soups perhaps with stock cube?
packet of batter mix - half would make a toad in the whole with 2-4 sausages and you can add vegetables?
half packet of quinoa
bulgar wheat
3kg potatoes - how long will they keep?
brown bread loaf - use or freeze
Protein
2 cans of tuna
tin of 8 hot dogs
jar of bolognese sauce
2 tins of mackerel in tomato sauce
200g cheese - how long will it last? In a white sauce with pasta/lasagne.
See freezer
Sauces
Half jar of green pesto - great on potatoes
Tin of peeled plum tomatoes - if OH cannot eat them, then make into soup for yourself? Or into a pasta sauce you can have whilist he has something else on the pasta?
jar carbonara sauce
jar of casserole sauce
dried chicken casserole sauce
dried chicken chasseur sauce
Flavourings
garlic puree
sweet chilli sauce
soy sauce
chicken gravy
lemon juice
various stock cubes
Vegetables
tin sweetcorn
tin sliced carrots
tin beans
lettuce
cucumber
tin of tomato soup
2 tins of veg soup
1 tin cream of chicken
Sweet/puddings
2 tins rice pudding
tinned pineapple
tinned prunes
tinned peach
tinned fruit cocktail
5 apples
margarine - how much?
baking powder
desicated coconut
icing sugar
caster sugar
plain flour
self raising flour
cornflour
demara
dressings
salad cream
mayo
Freezer?
whole chicken
chicken legs (not sure how viable)
minced pork
6 fish fingers
6 yorkshire puddings - with sausage and onion gravy?
2 large chicken breasts - each one is two stir fries
aunt bessies stuffing
3 minging fish fillets
mixed veg
brussel sprouts
onion
cheese and onion quiche
more fish fillets but are frost bitten at the ends
12 sausages
1 small chicken and veg value pie
1 chicken breast but again very frost bitten.
7 packets of crisps
So all ideas and how long it will last will be good. Also can i use the frost bitten stuff????

You have enough proteins in there for at least a month, at one meal a day.
What you lack is breakfast stuff and vegetables. Plus fats and oils for cooking and baking.
No curry powder or herbs? If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
Wow - not a bad stocktake! Just in ten minutes, I came up with over a dozen main meals & a few puds from that lot, that's 2 weeks' worth of teas, only needing to buy maybe some eggs & a few more onions/other veg.
1. Lasagne - sheets + carb sauce + bolog sauce + some pork mince + grated cheese - freeze any leftovers
2. Tuna bake - Can tuna + Can bean salad + pasta/noodles + breadcrumbs + gr cheese
3. Sun lunch - Roast chicken + stuffing + yorks + +roasties + sprouts + tin carrots + gravy
4. Stir fry - Leftover chicken + chilli/soy sauce + tin corn + veg + noodles/rice
5. Soup - Stock made from chicken bones + last of chicken + any veg
6. Casserole - 6 saus + 1 chicken breast + veg + chick cass mix + spuds
7. Saus risotto - 6 saus + tin tomatoes + garlic puree + rice
8. F/fingers for 1 + chicken pie for 1 + + mash + beans
9. 2 chicken breasts + chasseur mix + rice
10. Jacket potateos + pkt chicken/m'room pasta + salad
11. Quiche + jackets + salad or h/m chips/wedges
12. Shepherd's pie - pork mince + veg + stock cubes + mash
13. Fish pie - fish fillets + white sauce + mash
Puds - pineapple upside down, peach-in-the-hole (like toad in the hole, use batter mix), cook apples & make crumble, or add to rice pud .....
Be creative, put stuff together in ways you might not have thought of before! You might need to buy a few herbs & spice to ring the changes, but some things can be used for loads of dishes. I'm having a similar economy drive right now - makes for a few odd meals, but we're getting fed well, I'm hoping to spend less & use up stuff I've been too idle to cook!
ETA: Missed last 2 posts cos I was thinking of how to use your stuff! Agree with comments by RAS as well.
Sorry to ramble - hope this helps!

I do have some spices etc, I have oil spray, veg oil, ginger, ginger powder, garlic, powder, cayenne, paprika, curry, cumin, mix herb, coriander, chilli. salt pepper0

Defrost the frost-bitten fish & make curry with them - you won't notice a bit of freezer damage!
Cut a split into one of the chicken breasts and use the stuffing balls to stuff it - then when cooked slice thinly & serve with plenty of gravy, lots of veg & roast potatoes.
Make lasagnes with the pork mince, cut into portions and freeze.
Do you have to make lunches too?
Also, look in your nearest indian or oriental supermarket for cheap pulses.2021 Decluttering Awards: ⭐⭐🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 2022 Decluttering Awards: 🥇
