I have a tin of artichoke hearts and have no idea how to use them
any ideas?

They are good on a pizza, or in a salad - especially if you mix in grilled peppers, fennel, olives that sort of thing. I also have a pasta bake recipe where you whizz artichoke hearts in the food processor with some mayonnaise (really!), grated parmesan, clove of garlic and a drizzle of olive oil, then mix with cooked pasta and bake after sprinkling with more parmesan and some pine nuts if you happen to have them.
Always rinse the artichoke hearts with some boiling water to remove the acidity they have from having been preserved in a tin. They also combine well with goat's cheese and with anchovies, or both (again in a salad)."Remember that many of the things you have now you could once only dream of" - Epicurus0 -
