Fixed Rate Ending Soon...

Hello Guys!
So our 3 year fixed ratecomes to an end at the end of August. So normally I'd be shopping around for other good fixed rate deals, but with the interest rate doing what it did, what should we do this time? Should we just drop onto the base rate? We're with Nationwide at the moment.
Any advice much appreciated,

The problem is interest rates will eventually rise.If you wait for a few weeks,fixed rates may come down as the LIBOR has dropped recently.I would be tempted to fix at a low rate when such rates are available.Depends on your LTV as well.0

Its your call whether you want to go on the svr for a few months and keep a very close eye on the fixed deals that nationwide provide. Are you aware that you can fix a deal with nationwide 3mths prior to your deal ending in August if you saw a fanatastic deal with nationwide. Our fixed rate ended 31st May and we went on the svr which was 2.5% for June and July but managed to secure a reasonable deal which starts in August for us of 4.59% for 3yrs. This has been pulled from their website. It is a waiting game but you may need to move fast if rate start to rise - your call. LTV means loan to value ie what is your outstanding mortgage amount against the new value of your property.MFIT T2 Challenge - No 46
