Tiger Leisure Rubbish

It was my brothers birthday the other week and after waiting for him to decided what he wanted he told me he wanted a specific dvd that can only be bought from the Tiger Leisure website, as he had left it till the week before his birthday to tell me he wanted this dvd I didnt expect it to turn up in time for his birthday but I had expected it to turn up by now.

I ordered the dvd on 18th June, it does state on the website that you have to allow upto 28 days for delivery but they aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days and also that you will receive an email when your item has been dispatched.

So far I have received no email and no item, I paid £3 for postage which I am now a bit peeved about seeing as they cant even post it within a week, I know it hasnt been 28 days yet but it should have been sent by now surely.

I have just phoned them to chase it up and the woman who deals with online orders just happens to be out to lunch (at 3.10pm??).

I had never used tigerleisure.com before and sure as hell wont be doing so in the future.

I just thought id warm any others out there planning on ordering from this site in the future.

It could be out of stock, so all you can do is contact them and see. It's possible that she had to take a late lunch, I have to do that quite often if work is backing up...phone again.

It was in stock when I ordered.

just because the website says "In stock" doesn't mean that it actually is, sometimes they just haven't updated availability. This is a common error that affects even the big sites.
