Last year Waitrose reduced their fresh turkeys to half-price about an hour before the shop shut, and then halved the price again 30 minutes later. If you have freezer space, that's the time to buy something for Easter!

Ours've had them half price for about a week.
Got mine in Asda though as none of the sainsburys ones would have fitted in my freezer

went to get my turkey and they had sold out :-/ so I got a fresh one (full price, daren't wait any longer!)....the best bargain was the King Edwards potatoes big bags reduced to 10p
they had wuite a bit of other christmas stuff marked down too.
