They are 100% legit, I have used them many times. They can afford to give stuff away because they (like similar sites) buy out bankrupt and ex-Catalogue stock for peanuts.
It's worth noting that the £14.99 figure is based on RRP, but like many other things, this doesn't usually translate to actual worth.
