Reverse Mortgage

Hi, I have been looking up Reverse Mortgages for people over the age of 62. They seem to be mainly in the US. Does anyone know if companies in the UK do these or similar?:confused:

    They are called equity release mortgages over here I think. Several specialist brokers and advisors and there is an organisation called Ship that regulates them in the UK.
