Hi all, I hope you can give me some advice.
I have been paying £1 token payments to Sainsbury Bank over the last couple of months.
This morning I have got a Default Notice from them.
My questions are 1) What will happen now?
2) What should I do next?
I have not yet applied for my CCA.
Thanks for listening
Sal

Nothing happens now just keep makeing payment as agreed . They (sainsbury) may pass on to a debt collector again maintain what you can afford asumeing this is not a secured debt??0

Thanks for getting back Lord Finch.
It's a credit card debt and not a secured one.
Every one else have been very good but Sainsbury's have been a right pain.
Should I apply for my CCA, would that be a good idea?0
