That's a world I don't live in, so I'll leave it to those who do.

BTW, DH and I did enduring power of attorney for each other, before the changes came in. No problem at all.

Where did the ' Office of the Public Guardian' Come from? Sounds like it's from 1984. And when you read the site it's even more 'Big Brother'.

I didnt see any claims from him on his expenses, so maybe not.
Mind you he works from Room 101, very difficult getting info out of there.
